Josh's construction career started early — building semi-custom homes in Kansas before spending years in oilfield construction. After leaving the oilfield, he kept his tools busy as a handyman, and his business stayed booked for over a year on word of mouth alone.

When customers started asking for larger projects, Josh did what most won't — he went back to school, earned his California General Contractor's license, and built JMilam Construction Services from the ground up. Today, JMilam is a family-owned operation with a crew of 10, taking on complete home remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, and full backyard renovations across Kern County.
